8) Users who earn money via ads, upgrade can cash out 200% of deposit. Example - First cash out $1 or $10 whatever... need no deposit.

After first cash out, if second cash out amount is $4, user needs to deposit $2 before making withdraw request.

9) Transfer main balance to purchase balance is not considered as deposit.
